This is my entry for the Papertake challenge this week the theme is First birthdays, I used a pale blue backing paper and added some duck and bear buttons a sentiment peel off then added a small penny black stamp and put the 1st on to it after I had coloured it using watercolours the main image I used some baby Tilda stamps.
