Over on Arty Girlz this week is a open theme so my entry is a card I have made for a friend whom is mad about Fairies I decoupaged the fairy on to a matching backing paper and added the sentiment using peel offs and the added a ribbon to the top that has congratulations along but the camera has not picked it up.
