This is my entry for the challenge over on the Pennyblack challenge blog this week. The theme for this week was Funky Christmas it was to use a non traditional colour. I used a pink backing paper added a green dotted paper onto which I placed my image coloured with watercolours I added a pink ribbon and added two pink crimbo pressie embelishments and finished by adding a sentiment. The theme this week over on the Penny Black Saturday blog is seasons I have made a crimbo card for winter. I used a blue snowflake paper added a silver mirror card layered the image nto it this I coloured the image using watercolours I also added a K&Co sentiment onto mirror card I added a blue ribbon and then added two snowflakes I made by using syickers on mirror card and then cut them out for some reason they look dark on the photo sorry about that they are quite light. Here is my entry for the This Thursday is all about challenge this week the theme is round tuit now I have to admit I was baffled as I generally keep quite up to date with things so i decided to make a round tuit the only thing I could find was a white tea plate so I stamped a sentiment and a butterfly and some swirls into the centre of the plate then used alcoholic inks to colour the outside of the plate I know the stamping is a bit iffy but I was pleased with the colours so thought I would enter my attempt lol. Here is my entry for the challenge over on the Papertake challenge blog this week the theme is mellow yellow This weeks challenge is a charity one! Quick Cards made easy magazine are trying to break the record for the worlds biggest handmade card, for BBC Children in Need.You're able to use any products/materials you like but the finished card needs to be yellow!! The preferred size for the card is a standard A6 (approx 4x6 in). I used three different yellow papers I edged one piece with lemon lace the other with peel offs added a bright yellow ribbon a gem as the centre I also added a peel off sentiment and three yellow gems.
