This is my entry for the inchy challenge this week, the theme is black and white so I used one of my butterfly stamps used a felt tip to darken round the edges and added a black and white ribbon using a brad which although looks the wrong colour on the picture is black. I just wanted to place this poem I found on my blog as my beloved mam passed away on Saturday after a short illness. I shall miss her everyday of my life it is my mam on my profile picture with me I spent everyday with her for the last 3 years of her life so I am feeling quite lost at the moment.

What is a Mum?
A mum is one of life's best gifts, Someone to treasure all life through, She's caring and loving, Thoughtful and true, Someone who is always a special part of your life, Someone who holds a prime place in your heart, She's a mentor, a confident and also a friend, Someone on whose love you can depend. A mum always has your best interests at heart, She's someone so dear and so good, She's a blessing, she's a gift, She's a treasure like no other, She's someone that is truly wonderful. Wherever you go, and whatever you do, A mum’s love will always see you through, A mum is truly invaluable, Indispensable and unforgettable. I wouldn't want anyone but you, And that's why I'm so grateful, that life picked you for me.

Here is my entry for the Arty Girlz challenges for this week and last. Last weeks challenge was faces so I did a Atc on which I collaged pictures of faces added a ribbon a small tag and a flower.

This weeks challenge was hint of pink so I made a birthday card used pink backing paper a ragdoll embelishment stickers for the sentiment and also added two buttons shaped as butterflys and threaded ribbon through them, I also added ribbon to the side.

Here is my entry for the inchy weekly challenge the theme was to take your inspiration from a peg bag made from Laura Ashley material.I used a Laura Ashley backing paper design the same design as the material used for the bag added ribbon down the left side the same colour as the ribbon on the peg bag added a bow to the ribbon. I then added a flower to represent the flowers on the material. Then I used some wire to make the tiny coat hanger and added it on the front and a gem to the flower. The challenge on the Arty Girls blog this week is paint I am also on a team over on the Auntys Forum and this months challenge is buttons and bows so have combined the team challenge and arty girlz on the one card two birds with one stone sort of thing. I using a pale green backing paper painted a Tilda with watercolours sat Tilda on a golden star added some flowers from a different backing paper two buttons and two bows gole peel offs for sentiment.
